Principal Software Engineer Manager

Overview In this role you lead a Web Data Platform team building scalable AI-enabled platforms powering Bing, AI grounding and Microsoft AI training. You shape product and architectural strategy for large-scale systems used by 1B+ users. You mentor engineers, drive AI-first development, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. You’ll operate at scale, influencing roadmap and ensuring maintainable, extensible code. This is a mission-driven role for shaping AI infrastructure at Microsoft.
