📣 Now Hiring: IT Security Administrator (Japanese & English bilingual)🍶 Japanese Food Trading Company📍 El Monte, CA (On-site)🚀 Help protect and support a global business promoting Japanese food culture!We are looking for a proactive IT security professional to monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats while strengthening our overall IT infrastructure.💼 Key Responsibilities🔐 Security Operations & Incident Response・Monitor security alerts using SIEM and Microsoft security tools・Investigate incidents, perform threat analysis, and respond in real time・Contain threats and escalate high-risk issues as needed🖥️ Infrastructure & Endpoint Security・Manage endpoint security and device compliance (patching, encryption, access control)・Administer Microsoft Defender and M365 Security & Compliance tools・Support Intune / MDM / MAM environments🛡️ Risk, Compliance & Governance・Enforce security policies and support compliance (e.g., J-SOX)・Conduct vulnerability remediation and system updates・Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits🤝 Cross-Functional Support・Act as a central contact for security-related issues・Provide guidance to internal teams・Support ERP projects, vendors, and IT initiatives✅ Requirements・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related・1+ year of cybersecurity experience (3–5 years preferred)・Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender & Microsoft 365 Security・Knowledge of endpoint/device management (Intune, MDM/MAM)・Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management・English & Japanese bilingual required👍 Nice to Have・Experience with SIEM, UEBA, SOAR tools・Multi-OS knowledge (Windows, macOS, Linux)・Strong problem-solving and communication skills🌟 Work Environment & Benefits💰 $71K–$81K (DOE)🕘 Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00🏢 On-site role✔ Health / Dental / Vision (100% covered for employee & dependents)✔ Life insurance✔ 401(k) with company match✔ Stable company with long history and global presence📩 If you’re passionate about cybersecurity and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
