Barista: Part-time

Caf BaristaThis position is responsible with providing caf customers with a quality product and experience. A Barista is a trained caf specialist with the ability to perform a variety of functions within the caf.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Create specialty coffee beveragesWork cash register and balance cash drawer at end of shiftMaintain a clean work spaceEnsure work areas and customer areas are stocked with suppliesPerforms small food prepSuccessfully complete and maintain required trainingsApply caf preparation, service and clean up per prescribed processes and proceduresProvide excellent customer serviceSkills and knowledge required:High school diploma or equivalent6 months or more food service experience preferredFriendly and outgoing personalityWork well in a team environmentFlexible schedulingEssential tasks:Create espresso and tea beveragesProvide food preparationClean and stock working spacesCustomer serviceThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job and the level of work performed by employees in this position.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
