Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.Nextiva is building a next-generation, AI-powered Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement function to transform how revenue teams operate in high-velocity SMB and Mid-Market environments.We are seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to architect and lead this evolution. This leader will work cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Revenue Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Operations to build a connected, performance-driven GTM enablement system that delivers actionable guidance directly within seller workflows. This role complements and amplifies existing Product Marketing, Learning & Development, and Revenue Operations functions by ensuring GTM strategy is consistently operationalized within frontline revenue workflows.This role expands the traditional scope of enablement by combining AI-powered workflow guidance, GTM operationalization, and performance-driven execution.
