ESL Teacher
*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. As an ESL Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating students who are learning English as a second language. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' language acquisition and cultural integration. *Responsibilities* - Educate students in English language skills, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' language proficiency levels - Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching strategies - Provide individualized support to students to address their unique learning needs - Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery and student assessment *Requirements* - Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Certification in ESL teaching or TESOL/TEFL certification - Experience in adult education or teaching English language learners - Proficiency in bilingual education is a plus - Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development - Knowledge of literacy education principles - Ability to work with diverse student populations, including deaf education - Experience in teacher coaching and mentoring is advantageous Join us in this rewarding opportunity to empower students through language education and cultural exchange!
