You are responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier instructional and operational talent. You will drive a high-velocity recruitment process while ensuring every candidatewhether hired or nothas the experience that reflects our Jubilee mission and values.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment & Speed-to-Hire (45-Day Target)Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for instructional (Teachers, SPED, Bilingual) and non-instructional roles including district office.Metric Ownership: Drive the recruitment process to ensure positions are closed within an average of 45 days from posting to offer acceptance.Execute aggressive sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Texas-specific job boards (e.g. Region ESC centers).Develop and maintain partnerships with temp staffing agencies, as deemed appropriateDevelop and maintain partnerships with Universities for strong instructional staff pipelineManage all job requisitions and job descriptions using our ATS (Frontline)Hiring Manager Support & Interview CoordinationAct as the primary liaison for Hiring Managers (mainly Campus Principals and Administrative Assistants), providing pre-vetted, high-potential talent.Conduct rigorous initial screenings to ensure candidates meet job requirements and cultural alignment.In partnership with Administrative Assistants, own scheduling of demo lessons and final panel interviews, ensuring Hiring Managers can focus on evaluation rather than calendar management.The "Jubilee" Candidate ExperienceDesign and maintain a "Candidate First" communication standard, ensuring 48-hour response times at every stage.Solicit and analyze candidate feedback to ensure our brand remains a "Top Choice" employer in the Texas charter market.Strategic Talent ProjectsATS Migration: Research, select, and lead the implementation of a modern Applicant Tracking System to replace legacy system and manual processes.Toolkit Development: Create standardized job descriptions, interview guides, demo lesson rubrics, and "Why Jubilee" marketing materials for Managers.Hiring Manager Training: Design and prepare hiring manager training to develop leaders in their hiring practices, removing bias and strengthening candidate experience.Staff Engagement: Lead the administration of bi-annual staff engagement surveys; analyze data to identify trends and recommend retention strategies to leadership.Other duties as assigned.Charter & Community ResponsibilitiesRepresent and promote the charter's mission to families and the broader communitySupport student recruitment and family engagement effortsEncourage and participate in building strong campus-community connectionsCharter AtmosphereFoster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all studentsPromote Jubilee's values through professional conduct and communicationModel fairness, respect, and high expectations in all interactionsRequirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree required. PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification preferredExperience: 3+ years of high-volume recruiting required.
