MANAGER NOTESNeeded more technical background in services and data.candidates that have run large programs with several teams across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),, including the software engineering, data, and test areas.- As always communication and interpersonal skills are a must.Typical task breakdown:- Accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget; responsible for planning and execution of various project deliverables, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall program plan (identifying and driving program dependencies to resolution)Interaction with team:- This Program Manager role requires daily, real time collaboration with U.S.-based team across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business leadershipWork environment:In office 1x a week but there’s a possibility for them to be asked to come in office later on.Education & Experience Required:- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience in this capacity.- Master’s degree with 8+ years experience in this capacity. Required Technical Skills(Required)- Background in Software development is highly desirableCertification or knowledge of AWS is highly desirable- Exposure to data design, data extraction, and big data transformation projects is highly desirable- Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), Confluence- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project- Strong communication and presentation skills- Change Management Certification preferred- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification desirable- Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable- PMP certification preferred- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred- Managing technical/Software projects, may include project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion;- Guide/manage technical or project management staff- Resolve issues, dependencies, and risks;- Lead and influence others to deliver on project commitments- Utilize agile training or extensive experience with sprint planning, daily scrums, to support and challenge development planning- Lead and participate in multiple meetings- Prepare and analyze status reports and meeting presentation material
