The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable and secure applications as part of the Next Gen Applications Suite. This role involves coding, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.Essential Duties:Develop and maintain scalable, secure software.Participate in architectural design and system analysis.Write high-quality, production-ready code.Document technical processes and ensure code quality through testing.Mentor engineers and contribute to code reviews.Collaborate with teams to define requirements and drive results.Monitor and manage application performance.Skills/Experience:Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s is a plus.Experience: 8+ years in software engineering.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Oracle Database, Git/GitHub, CI/CD systems, and cloud platforms like Azure.Preferred Knowledge: IVR, VUIs, Contact Center technologies, telephony, UI frameworks (Angular, React, Node), and Agile methodologies.Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
