Senior Product Designer (100% Remote - CST Horus)

Through their family of apps and services, they are building a different kind of company that connects billions of people around the world, gives them ways to share what matters most to them, and helps bring people closer together.Our Customer is seeking a Senior Product Designer on a contract basis to join a small, fast-moving team of AI builders shipping production-grade internal tools for their content organization. This role is 100% remote - CST (+/- 2) hours.ResponsibilitiesA portfolio demonstrating relevant work is requiredServe as the sole designer across multiple product surfaces, including dashboards, workflow automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered reporting platformsOwn end-to-end product design from research and interaction design through visual design and shipped UI across multiple internal toolsEstablish and maintain a lightweight design system to ensure consistency across product surfacesDesign interaction patterns for AI-native workflows, including agent supervision, automated triage, intelligent recommendations, and real-time reportingCollaborate directly with senior engineers in a fast-paced, pod-based environment with rapid iteration cyclesSimplify complex, multi-source data views into intuitive single-screen user experiencesDesign end-to-end UX for AI-powered internal dashboards used by large internal user groupsCreate and refine interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and automated workflow systemsDevelop and maintain shared component libraries and design systemsRapidly prototype and iterate on new internal tool conceptsConduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholdersEnsure internal tools are usable, scalable, consistent, and widely adopted across the organizationSkills And Qualifications5-10 years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS platforms, or developer-focused productsStrong interaction design and information architecture skillsStrong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy systemsExperience designing dashboards, workflow tools, CRM systems, or reporting platformsExperience operating as a sole designer within engineering-heavy teamsStrong self-directed and independent work styleExperience collaborating closely with engineers in fast-paced product environmentsExperience designing AI-powered features, workflows, or intelligent systemsExperience conducting user research and usability testingStrong visual design, UX, and prototyping skillsAbility to manage multiple product surfaces simultaneouslyStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsFront-end development experience with React and TypeScriptAbility to implement designs directly in codeExperience designing AI/ML-powered features or agentic systemsExperience building and maintaining design systems and shared component librariesExperience working in a startup or rapid product build-out environmentsWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
