We’re expanding our global footprint and are on the lookout for talented individuals who can help us connect with potential clients across the US, UK, and beyond.At SynkFlow, we craft web, app, AI, and SaaS solutions that power modern businesses — and now we need sharp-minded sales professionals to bring in the next wave of partnerships.Your Role:You’ll be responsible for discovering, qualifying, and nurturing leads through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord etc.) while identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients.What We’re Offering:Commission-only trial (no fixed base initially)Target: $1,500–$2,000 in qualified leads or salesTiered Commission Structure:Up to $1,000 → 10% commission$1,000–$2,000 → 12% commissionAbove $2,000 → 15% commissionPermanent hire after trial with market-competitive base salary + ongoing commissionsWho We’re Looking For:Prior experience in B2B or software sales (lead generation / client acquisition)Proven track record of hitting targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, organized, and result-oriented mindsetAbout Us:SynkFlow is an international software company with a global team, trusted by clients across multiple countries for web development, mobile apps, AI, SaaS, and enterprise solutions.
