This role focuses on investigating and resolving commercial auto bodily injury claims while ensuring accurate coverage analysis, liability determination, and timely resolution.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented adjuster who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate commercial auto claims by contacting insureds, claimants, and witnessesAnalyze coverage and identify potential coverage issuesDetermine liability and document claim investigationsCommunicate coverage and liability decisions clearly to involved partiesManage material damage inspections and repair processesMaintain detailed file documentation and correspondenceIdentify potential fraud or recovery opportunities and escalate when neededManage multiple claims while meeting deadlines and service expectationsQualifications1+ years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience preferredTexas All-Lines Adjuster License (required or ability to obtain)California Adjuster License (preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days)Bilingual Spanish/English requiredAssociate degree or higher preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Generous PTO packageFull benefits package
