The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure cloud architecture, .NET technologies, Azure OpenAI Services, DevOps automation, and enterprise application development.This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development capabilities, and experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native solutions within Agile environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, architect, and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and Azure servicesLead Azure cloud solution architecture, deployment, optimization, and operational supportImplement AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Services, and Machine Learning technologiesDevelop and secure RESTful APIs and enterprise integrationsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflowsCreate and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep scriptsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholdersProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural best practices to development teamsEnsure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards are metSupport Agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deploymentsRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET Architecture, ASP.NET Core, and C#.NET7+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI ServicesStrong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core developmentHands-on experience with Azure services including:Azure App ServicesAzure FunctionsAzure Blob StorageAzure SQL DatabaseAzure Cosmos DBExperience implementing AI/ML integrations using:Azure OpenAIAzure AI ServicesAzure Machine LearningExperience with Node.js or PythonExperience with Angular or React front-end frameworksStrong knowledge of SQL, database design, relational and NoSQL databasesExperience with:BicepAzure DevOpsCI/CD pipelinesAutomation scriptingFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure toolsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, unit testing, and enterprise application development lifecyclePreferred QualificationsPrior Federal or Government project experienceExperience working in secure cloud environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
