LCSWFull-time| $66,000.00 per yearDepartment: Sumner County Recovery CourtJob DescriptionProvide initial evaluations.Provide behavioral health consultation services for clients.Consultations with staff regarding all clients.Initial mental health evaluations resulting in realistic treatment plans.Assessing clients using standardized assessment/screening tools, measures, etc.Provide brief, solution focused therapy.Provide group psychoeducation/treatment related to chronic medical/mental conditions.Provide information and referral services, care coordination, crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions.
