Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures.What Awaits You?Career growth and developmentTuition AssistanceDiverse and collaborative working environmentAffordable and comprehensive benefits packagePosition Summary:The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible to provide quality clinical care activities for pediatric patients (birth to 21) within the scope of practice as defined by the state of Florida and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.Works as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers.Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and evidenced based practices.Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager.Shift - Full-time 40 hours per week - Monday - Thursday - 9 hours days / Friday - 4 hour daysMinimum Qualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Speech Language PathologyCertification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months of employmentLicensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of FloridaFeeding experience requiredExcellent command of the English LanguageSalary Range: Minimum $37.07/hour - Maximum $59.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
