AR/ Cash Applications Clerk (Temporary)
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Fully Onsite)Pay Rate: $19-$22 per hourEmployment Type: TemporaryJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist to support the finance team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully onsite temporary position in Boca Raton focused on accurate cash posting, account reconciliation, and resolving payment discrepancies.Key Responsibilities* Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately and timely* Research and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash* Reconcile daily cash receipts and bank deposits* Provide support with cash investigations, voids, reapplications, and refunds as needed* Maintain accurate AR records and documentation* Communicate with internal teams regarding payment discrepancies and account issues* Assist with general AR tasks and reporting as assignedRequirements* 1-2 years of accounts receivable or cash applications experience* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Working knowledge of Excel (data entry, basic reconciliation)* Ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday* Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a high-volume environmentNice to Have* Experience working with ERP or accounting systems* Prior temp or contract accounting experiencePay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nikki CaudillBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
