Endodontist Position – SGA Dental PartnersWe are seeking a dedicated Endodontist to join our SGA Dental team in Old Town. The role focuses on specialized endodontic care, including root canal therapy and apical surgery, to relieve patient pain and restore oral health.ResponsibilitiesAdministration of general anesthesia and performing endodontic therapy on patients with compromised dental health and infections.Creating and maintaining a professional appearance.Pay close attention to detail when performing procedures.Chart patient information.Complete daily reports for each procedure performed while conducting tasks.Maintain current knowledge of new treatment options, materials, equipment, and products related to endodontics.Understand the process of endodontic treatment and be able to explain it to patients.Use the latest tools and technology related to endodontics during job duties.Work well with others in a team setting, collaborate on patient care with other healthcare professionals, and communicate effectively with patients, clients, staff members, and coworkers.QualificationsDDS/DMD from an accredited university (required).Endodontics Specialty Graduate Program (required).Active or Pending State Specialty License.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.BenefitsFirst‑year earning $2000 daily rate.Second‑year earning 42% of adjusted production.Sign‑on bonus of $50,000.Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.Annual CE budget of $5000; extensive in‑house CE program.Paid holidays and PTO.Bonus program.401(k).Health and vision insurance.Long and short‑term disability coverage, critical illness and accident insurance.Employer‑paid dental, life insurance, Care.com membership, and employee assistance program.Paid scrub allowance.Development and growth opportunities.Continuing education allowance.About the AreaOld Town is a 300‑acre development with picturesque homes, urban apartments, and 60 acres of commercial real estate.
