The position will help manage a diverse range of cases, including defending employers and insurers against employment related litigation. Associates work closely with lead attorneys daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery to attending workers’ compensation appeal board hearing.Associates benefit from collaborative, team-based support while gaining hands-on experience. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, and qualifications.
