What began as a tightly-knit, founder-led engineering effort now needs a senior engineering leader to formalize execution, raise the technical bar, and build systems that support long-term growth.As Head of Engineering, you'll own the end-to-end engineering function and serve as the senior-most engineering leader responsible for both near-term execution and long-term technical direction.
