About the Position As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with a supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will deliver behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism and related developmental needs in home and/or school settings. Skills worked on will include communication, social skills, academics, play development, behavior management and self help skills.

Responsibilities Work with learners implementing behavioral and instructional ABA based programs as designed by the BCBA in various settings
Collect data as directed by the BCBA
Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans; promote client dignity and safety at all times
Communicate effectively with team members in an acceptable time frame
Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions
Drive to multiple work sites during the work day
Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
Commit to company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and adhere to HIPPA laws and the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts/RBTs
Qualifications Must have a desire to work with individuals with Autism or other developmental needs
Positive attitude and kindness towards team members and clients
Desired: Experience working with children and/or adults in school, home, or community settings
Desired: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
Desired: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing or willingness to complete RBT certification within one year of employment
High School diploma and background check
Reliable transportation required
Background check and negative TB test required
Compliance with California Department of Public Health COVID-19 policies
Willingness to complete the Competent Learner Model (CLM) Course of Study
Accepts feedback and implements suggestions
Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and flexibility with individuals and learning environments
