Influencer Marketing & PR Intern
Program Overview:We’re excited to offer an internship opportunity to join our Marketing team, to work on & get exposure to all things Influencer Marketing & PR. Interns will work closely to execute influencer strategy, accelerate gifting programs, and take the lead on social listening initiatives that help drive brand awareness and engagement.Internship Duration:Start Date: June 15, 2026End Date: August 14, 2026Schedule: Monday ~ Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM ESTPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:Brainstorm & ideate influencer activations to support launch prioritiesAssist in coordinating influencer mailers and product sendoutsIdentify influencer relations and gifting opportunities through social monitoringPlace product sample orders for influencer campaigns and activationsIdentify & execute “surprise and delight” gifting initiativesDevelop weekly influencer buzz and nail trend reportsSupport building launch recaps across key initiativesMentorship & Learning Opportunities:Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting live influencer campaigns. Through mentorship, you will learn how to:Manage and track influencer outreach and relationship-building effortsUnderstand how influencer marketing drives brand awareness and sales impactWork cross-functionally with marketing, product, and fulfillment teamsIdentify emerging influencer and social media trendsDevelop project management skills through real campaign executionDesired Qualifications:Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate students preferredPrior internship experience in marketing, influencer relations, PR, or related fields. Beauty experience is a plus.Strong interest in influencer culture, beauty, and social media trendsHighly organized with strong communication and project coordination skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksWe look forward to having you join us for an exciting and rewarding summer!
