Overview
Cardinal Senior Benefits are seeking a motivated, client-focused already licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals
Present and recommend appropriate insurance products
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
Active insurance license
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)
Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
