Assistant Recruiter- AzKett Engineering is seeking a full-time recruiter to join our team in either Chandler, AZ or Surprise, AZ. You will be responsible for recruiting new employees and providing administrative support to the recruiting department. We offer full benefits to all full-time employees. Responsibilities: Assist with front end recruiting and hiring efforts Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations Compile reports from personnel databases Review and update HR information system records Making phone calls to candidates / potential employees Setting interview appointments Booking employee travel Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
