We offer competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package with a safe and clean working environment.Responsibilities:Hand deburring very small to medium sized parts; majority of work done under a microscope will be sittingUse of various micro hand deburring instrumentsInspection of parts to ensure quality requirementsAssemble components: position, align, and connect parts and subassembliesMaintain good housekeepingAdherence to quality control standards and proceduresThe selected candidate will perform other tasks assigned as neededRequirements:Minimum 2 years experienceKnowledge of tools and componentsSkills:Needs to feel comfortable asking questions about quality criteria in place for various parts.Open and honest communication is a critical aspect to success in roleNeeds to work well in a team environment and be willing to partner with other departments to solve problems.Candidate must be on time for the start of your shift and be able to work overtime if needed.
