We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex builds and drive delivery from preconstruction through to handover.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale data centre projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle of data centre construction projectsManage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholdersOversee programme, cost, quality, and risk managementDrive site performance and ensure health & safety complianceReport on project progress to senior leadership and clientsEnsure successful project delivery through to commissioning and handoverRequirementsProven experience delivering large-scale data centre projectsStrong contractor-side backgroundExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsDegree-qualified or equivalent in Construction Management or related field
