Moana Lane Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), including weekends About You: Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems and cash-handling best practices Engaging Personality: Enthusiastic about providing courteous and helpful service to customers Physical Stamina: Capable of being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted Reliable Transportation: Maintain a reliable means of transportation to and from work Responsibilities: Engage customers in a friendly and respectful manner Operate Point-Of-Sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately Collaborate effectively with the team, practicing active listening and clear communication Cross-train with donation intake and distribution associates Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned Bilingual (Spanish/English speaker) would be a huge plus in order to assist our Spanish-speaking customers! Moana Lane to arrive on time for shifts beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 6:30 p.m.? This position starts at $17/hour. We offer 56 hours of annual sick time after 90 days, and benefit eligibility after 60 days. We offer PTO accrued based on hours worked.
