Senior Structural Engineer / Project ManagerSeeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead structural design projects, manage client relationships, oversee project delivery from concept through construction, and provide technical leadership for a variety of building projects in Phoenix, AZ.We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead structural design projects from concept through construction. This role involves structural analysis, project management, client coordination, quality control, and mentoring junior engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural design and engineering projects.Perform structural calculations and analysis.Prepare and review structural drawings and project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and oversee quality control.Mentor junior engineers and designers.Support client relationships and business development.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain Arizona PE licensure within a reasonable timeframe.Strong experience in structural engineering, calculations, and design.Proven project management experience, including scheduling and budgeting.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
