Occupational Injury Navigator LeadWorkPartners is seeking an Occupational Injury Navigator Lead to help build a scalable injury navigation function. This is a non-clinical role focused on injured worker engagement, information gathering, documentation, follow-through, and escalation at the right trigger points.This is a Remote Position.The Navigator Lead keeps cases moving, informs the internal Medical Directors, and HSE strategists, supports the injured worker experience, and helps build the processes, SOPs, KPIs, and workflows that will allow the function to scale.What You Will DoServe as a primary point of contact for injured workers during the course of a caseGather updates, maintain communication, and keep cases movingDocument case activity clearly, accurately, and on timeTrack work status, restrictions, appointments, follow-up needs, and next stepsIdentify barriers, drift, or risk points and escalate based on defined triggersPrepare concise summaries for leadership and physician reviewHelp build SOPs, templates, workflows, and KPIs for the navigator functionSupport development of AI-enabled workflows for structured information capture and case supportHelp shape and eventually support a growing navigator panelWhat We Are Looking ForStrong operator with initiative and follow-throughClear communicator with good judgmentComfortable engaging injured workers with professionalism and empathyAble to manage multiple active issues without losing detailProcess-minded, but not bureaucraticInterested in building something new, improving systems, and helping create a repeatable modelReady to work in a growing company where the product, process, and playbook are still being developedPreferred BackgroundWe believe the best candidates may come from backgrounds such as:Safety coordinatorField or site safety roles with direct injury follow-up experienceOccupational health coordinatorOccupational injury supportWorkers’ compensation supportReturn-to-work supportThe strongest candidates will likely have employer-side or contractor-side experience with workplace injuries, employee follow-up, modified duty, clinic coordination, or return-to-work activity.Experience3 to 7 years of relevant experience preferredPrior experience helping improve workflows, procedures, or team processes is a plusSafety, supervisory or team-lead ability is a plusAbout the OpportunityWorkPartners is building and refining a developing product line focused on occupational injury navigation and medical management support.
