Apply today!Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives, including integrations, model activation, and measurement frameworksManage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are proactively addressedPartner closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to operationalize analytics use casesTranslate complex analytic requirements into actionable, executable program plansDrive solutions from concept/POC to scalable, governed production environmentsSupport enterprise governance, including data privacy, security reviews, and compliance processesEnable marketing activation through segmentation, targeting, and data-driven campaign strategiesEstablish and support test-and-learn frameworks, performance measurement, and reportingCommunicate program updates clearly to both technical and executive audiencesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery models for analytics initiativesQualifications:Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical or data-driven programsStrong understanding of data platforms, analytics workflows, and model operationalizationAbility to collaborate effectively with data science, engineering, and business teamsAdvanced program/project management skills (planning, risk mitigation, dependency management)Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersPreferred:Experience in marketing analytics or data-driven personalization initiativesFamiliarity with data governance, privacy, and security in enterprise environmentsExposure to AI/advanced analytics use casesPMP, CSM, or equivalent experienceCompensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $80.00 per hour.
