Accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workersWork with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completionWork in the company's Learning Management System (LMS) under the guidance of the training managerAssist with department administrative duties as necessary to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload, such as helping employees with login issues, or direction within the LMSAssist with assigning training to new hiresLearn to create interactive training modules using content owner's training documents and input from themOther duties as assignedRequirementsEducation/Training (both required and desired):High School diploma or equivalent required Current enrollment or recent completion of a relevant degree program required Experience:0+ years of professional experience in the required task area Must have a basic understanding of work to be performedInterns will work 15 - 25 hours per week; summer interns will typically work 40 hoursSecurity:Must be a US citizenAbility to obtain a security clearance may be requiredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and use of computer screens Frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements using a keyboard, mouse, and handwritingMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
