Role Description We are seeking a full-time Store Manager for an on-site position located in Homestead, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead a team to ensure sales goals are met, maintain optimal customer satisfaction, and foster a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, minimizing losses through effective retail loss prevention, and upholding company standards in service and merchandise presentation.
