Production Common Containment GAPP

Production Common GAPP Containment 2nd Shift $17.92 Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for a GAPP (General Associate Premium Pay) to assist in training assembly line associates and to open boxes and components for Assembly lines. They will also stage WIP (Works in Progress) racks and components for Assembly lines, move, and empty WIP racks. Key Responsibilities: Containment Stage, move, and empty WIP racks Attend trainings and training activities Training of Assembly line associates Assist in keeping work-center stocked to minimize associate downtime Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials Assist Assembly technician with line efficiency improvements Perform other necessary activities need to help lines achieve targets Open boxes and components for Assembly lines Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Regular and prompt attendance Previous experience in manufacturing and quality focus preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Excellent time management Ability to follow written, spoken, and visual directions Ability to learn new skills Strong organizational and presentation skills Stand/Walk at least 8 hours a day Bend, stoop, or kneel Push/pull 25 to 30lb. with moderate frequency Overtime may be required Compensation: 17.92
