What You’ll Do
Build custom automation machines from scratch, not maintenance work
Assemble and integrate mechanical systems, subassemblies, and full machine builds using drawings and schematics
Install and connect mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical components
Perform precision alignment, tuning, and system integration
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during build, test, and startup
Partner with engineering to ensure machines meet performance and design specs
Support equipment testing, validation, and commissioning (including occasional onsite installs)
Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized build environment
What You Bring
3+ years
Proven experience building full machines, not just maintaining or repairing equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layouts
Hands-on experience with assembly, integration, and system troubleshooting
Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve complex build challenges

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
