Job Title: Phlebotomist - BrownstownJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team, responsible for drawing, processing, and packaging patient blood samples efficiently and accurately. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on phlebotomy experience in an outpatient setting, with both stationary and float positions available.ResponsibilitiesDraw patient blood samples accurately, processing and packaging them properly.Perform blood draws approximately 25-30 times per day.Communicate effectively with clinic staff to organize and schedule blood draws.Coordinate the pick-up and shipping of samples to medical testing sites in Novi/Farmington. The work schedule includes Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 6:30pm, and Wednesday from 9am to 1pm. The work environment typically includes about 15 people on-site in Brownstown, with the possibility of working offsite with a team of 0-3 people depending on the location. Raises are offered after 6 months.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
