Windshield Assembler

Prelco Chattanooga is on the hunt for a talented assembler to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of manufacturing a diverse range of innovative frameless windshields for all types of recreational boats across North America. YOUR MANDATE : Assemble glazing products and achieve production goals. Ensure quality level is met. Promote a safe workplace and get involved in implementing solutions while maintaining the rules in EH&S. Participate in identifying potential hazardous situations and preventing them. Support the production department to achieve scheduled goals. Ensure the production floor stays clean, and the aisles are cleared. Participate actively in continuous improvement and promoting the culture within the company and employee inclusion. WE OFFER : Day shift, Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. (hours may be adjusted and work overtime if needed.)
