General Laborer - Construction

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! ON THE JOB TRAINING! TRAVEL REQUIRED! ICT is a directional drilling company looking for hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and grow in the underground industry. **Willingness to travel for projects in Eastern Iowa, Missouri, and OKC required**. Daily per diem and weekly bonuses paid as well as paid lodging expenses. Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks include but not limited to: Manually excavate dirt, cement, or rock in order to uncover underground utilities. Load dirt into containers, bins, or trucks. Operate hand excavation tools such as shovels and rakes. Clean and maintain underground potholes per City/State guidelines. Collect street side rubbish and various debris. Comply with OSHA safety and health rules. Performs other manual labor when necessary or required by the Supervisor or Foreman in all aspects of job duties. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good knowledge of safety requirements encountered in performing the assigned tasks. Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time, often under adverse conditions Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Additional Requirements: Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
