Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep experience in private equity, debt financing, and corporate finance. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted partner to the CEO and President, providing financial leadership to drive growth, optimize capital structure, and support value creation initiatives.The ideal candidate has a track record of managing complex financial operations in a PE-backed environment, debt structuring, M&A execution, and investor relations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial LeadershipPartner with the CEO and President to define and execute strategic and financial objectivesLead financial planning, scenario modeling, and value creation initiatives to support growth and investment strategiesProvide insights and recommendations on capital allocation, debt management, and operational improvementsParticipate in M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integrationDirect the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, forecasts, and budget-to-actual comparisonsPrivate Equity & Debt ManagementManage relationships with private equity owners, lenders, and other financial stakeholdersLead debt financing initiatives, refinancing, and covenant managementEnsure timely and accurate reportingOversee equity and debt transactions, including capital raises and recapitalizationsFinancial Operations & ControlsEnsure the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and governanceBuild and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworksOversee internal controls, lead audit processes and functions, tax compliance, adherence to regulations and regulatory reportingImplement scalable systems, processes, and financial infrastructure to support growthManage cash flow, liquidity risks, and banking relationshipsTeam LeadershipDevelop, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance teamDrive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation, and best practicesFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and financial rigorRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferredTen plus years of senior financial leadership, including CFO experience in a PE-backed environmentProven expertise in private equity transactions, debt structuring, and capital marketsExperience with M&A, operational improvement initiatives, and value creation strategiesStrong leadership, communication, and executive presenceCore CompetenciesStrategic thinker with a focus on value creation and growthDeep understanding of financial structuring, debt, and equity financingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to operate effectively with private equity partners, lenders, and executive leadershipHigh integrity, credibility, and ethical standardsCompensation And BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision coverage - 70% employer fundedPaid time off and holidays - up to 21 days in your first year401(k) plan with 100% employer matchMove Concierge Core ValuesBe HumbleTransparent CommunicationEmbrace and Drive ChangeBuild a Positive CultureMind-Blowing ExperienceOwn ItBelonging at Move Concierge Move Concierge is very proud to be a very diverse company and we continue to push new initiatives forward that promote inclusivity.
