Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for Drive Testers, BBU Integration Engineers, and Telecom Engineers, based in New Orleans, LA. The position involves performing drive tests, collecting data on network performance, and assisting with equipment setup and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include conducting Baseband Unit (BBU) integration, maintaining strong communication with the team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal service quality. Daily tasks may also involve analyzing and resolving technical issues to improve network efficiency and coverage. Qualifications Truck Driving experience and valid CDL Class A licenseExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience with truck operations and understanding of safety proceduresAbility to analyze and resolve technical telecom issuesStrong problem-solving and team collaboration skillsAdaptability and willingness to work on-site in New Orleans, LAPrevious experience in telecom or a related field is an advantageRelevant certifications or training in telecommunications is a plus
