Counselor

Job Description We are currently seeking a full time Counselor to join our team! We are a residential program catering to at-risk adolescents. The schedule for this position includes day, evening, and weekend hours. Responsibilities for this role include:Providing direct supervision to at-risk teens with behavioral problems, substance use, and/or mental health issues.Offering case management services, including developing service plans. Conducting regular meetings with youth and their families.Providing individual and group counseling sessions.De-escalating resident's behavior in challenging situations.
