Now Hiring: Machinist If you take pride in precision, know your way around a machine—or you're ready to prove you can—this is your shot to join a shop that actually values skill and hustle. What's In It For You: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Consistent, full-time schedule + overtime opportunities Clean, climate-controlled shop (work comfortably year-round) Break area with kitchen, fridge, vending machines & seating Lockers provided for your gear Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Busy times = extra hours + occasional Saturdays = more $$$ Skills and Experience: What You'll Be Doing: Set up and operate machines to produce precision parts (valves & more) Fabricate and repair components for oilfield equipment Read blueprints and turn specs into finished products Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance and keep your workspace sharp What You Bring to the Table: You're Comfortable With: Micrometers, calipers & precision measuring tools Tape measures, rulers & basic math (quick add/subtract) Hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers) Using a basic calculator when needed You've Got Experience With (or Exposure To): Industrial safety practices & shop equipment Lathe and mill machining safety Program editing (Mazak/Mazatrol is a big plus) Tool setup, adjustments & inserts Threading and grooving basics Quality control and inspection processes General machining terminology and metalworking Be ready to talk about it: We're looking for candidates who can confidently explain what machines you've used, what materials you've worked with, and what parts you've made.
