Known for curated collections and exceptional service, we operate two locations—Beginnings Boutique and Beginnings Bleus.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a full-time, on-site Operations/Store Manager in Training (Retail) for our Armonk and Scarsdale locations. This is an entry-level to intermediate role designed for growth. You’ll be trained over time and work closely with our current store manager, gradually taking on more responsibility as you learn the business. As the role evolves, it becomes highly hands-on—focused on keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring the store is always customer-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and eventually oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor leadershipAssist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team performanceDeliver high-touch customer service and handle escalationsSupport buying, inventory control, and vendor relationshipsReview sales and performance reportsAssist with visual merchandising, events, and store systemsHandle administrative and operational needs as they ariseQualificationsRetail management or operations experience preferredStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsPassion for fashion and personalized customer serviceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environmentSchedule & RequirementsFull-time with weekend availabilityTravel between Scarsdale and Armonk requiredTraining providedHow to Apply:If interested, please apply through LinkedIn or email elena@beginningsbleus.com
