Paid Ads Contractor — Hospitality Marketing
About Brosy StudioBrosy Studio is a boutique hospitality marketing agency managing paid digital and organic social marketing for boutique hotels and independent properties. We run Google Ads, Meta Ads, metasearch, and Google Hotel Ads.This hire supports the agency side of that work: real clients, real campaigns, real results. We're a small, sharp team. We move fast, think strategically, and care deeply about the work. If you've been waiting for an agency that actually understands hospitality marketing at a technical level, this is it.The RoleWe're looking for a paid ads contractor who can own campaign execution across Google and Meta for our hotel clients — and who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and technical level. You won't be handed a playbook. You'll help write it.This is not a 'set it and forget it' role. Our clients are boutique hotels with high-consideration, low-volume bookings. Every dollar of ad spend counts and every campaign decision needs to be defensible with data. You'll work directly with the agency lead, have visibility into full client reporting, and contribute to how we evolve our paid strategy across the portfolio.
