Low Voltage Service Manager
Company OverviewVIP Systems is a South Florida Low Voltage integrator specializing in complex technology infrastructure (cabling, security, and access control) for luxury high-rise developments.Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure the long-term performance of our technology installations. This role requires a high-energy leader to manage maintenance requests, coordinate service technicians, and maintain excellent relationships with property managers in a fast-paced environment.Core ResponsibilitiesService Operations: Manage maintenance contracts and daily service calls for luxury high-rise clients.Scheduling & Dispatching: Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch teams for emergency repairs or routine maintenance.Client Support: Act as the primary contact for property managers regarding repairs and system upgrades.Technical Troubleshooting: Provide remote guidance to field teams to resolve complex system faults.Service Documentation: Manage tickets, ensure accurate billing, and maintain detailed service history.Required QualificationsExperience: 3-5+ years in service management or as a lead technician in low voltage.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in troubleshooting access control, CCTV, and structured cabling.Communication: Excellent client-facing skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and service dispatch or CRM software.Leadership: Ability to manage a technical team in a fast-paced environment.
