All Current is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey.Pay Range: $33,800.00 to $44,900.00Job SummaryThe Welder Helper assists skilled welders in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment. This role supports daily by preparing materials, maintaining tools, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist welders with setup and operation of welding equipmentPrepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and positioning metal partsHold or align materials during welding or fabrication processesOperate basic tools such as grinders, drills, and cutting torchesClean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipmentTransport materials and finished products using hand tools or machineryFollow blueprints, sketches, or instructions from leadEnsure all work is performed according to safety standards and proceduresAssist with loading and unloading materials or equipmentJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredBasic knowledge of welding or metal fabrication is a plusAbility to use hand and power tools safelyPhysical ability to lift heavy materials (typically 50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various environmentsWillingness to learn welding techniques and safety practicesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsEssential Job FunctionFamiliarity with MIG, TIG, or stick welding processesExperience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial settingBasic blueprint reading skillsForklift certification (a plus, not required)InPower is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
