Job Description Outside Sales Representative - Consumer Goods - Total Compensation 70k - 300k (Base + Commission) - Princeton, NJOur client, a well-established company in the home appliance industry, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage client relationships within the builder, contractor, and design community.This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on both luxury and standard large home appliances, offering uncapped earning potential within a high-performance sales environment. The role supports a 30–50 mile territory around Princeton, NJ and includes a combination of remote work, showroom collaboration, and in-field client visits.Responsibilities:Develop and grow relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and trade professionalsProspect and generate new business while managing an existing pipeline and client baseConduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and consultations within a 30–50 mile territorySell and recommend products across categories including refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing, and laundry appliancesCollaborate with internal teams, including showroom staff, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfactionStay current on product offerings, pricing, and industry trendsClose sales and consistently meet or exceed revenue targetsQualifications:3+ years of outside B2B sales experience specifically within large home appliances (wholesale, showroom, or related environment)Proven success in a commission-based sales role with measurable revenue performanceEstablished relationships within the builder, contractor, or interior design community strongly preferredExperience selling products such as refrigerators, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washers/dryers, or similarAbility to independently manage territory, pipeline, and full sales cycleProficiency with CRM or ERP systemsStrong closing skills and ability to generate new businessCompensation:Base pay of $15.92/hour, plus uncapped commissionTotal compensation typically ranges from 70k - 300k+ annually based on performanceCommission structure based on gross margin with tiered incentivesAdditional earnings through manufacturer SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) programsMileage reimbursement for travelFlexible work environment (remote, showroom, and field-based work)Health insurance with employer contribution401kOngoing sales training and manufacturer product training#INDALL
