As PBS continues to expand, we're looking for motivated professionals to join our inside sales team as an Appointment Setter to connect with our inbound leads and help scale our client acquisition efforts.Job Overview Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, qualify leads, and then schedule appointments for sales calls. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, persistence, and a proven ability to generate interest over the phone. We have various lead sources for both inbound and outbound sales teams.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and warm leads.Qualify prospects and set appointments for sales representatives.Follow up with leads via phone, email, and SMS to maximize conversions.Maintain accurate records of conversations and scheduled appointments in the CRM.Overcome objections, build rapport, and answer basic questions about our services.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance targets.Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and overall efficiency.QualificationsMust be based in the USANative or fluent American English speakerPrevious experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales is preferred.Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.Must speak clear English for phone conversations.Self-motivated with strong time management skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales software is a plus.Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote work).Technical RequirementsOwn desktop PC or Laptop (Specification: At least 8 GB RAM).Corded (not wireless) headset with a noise-canceling microphone.Strong wired internet connection (At least 10Mbps +).Quiet, private workspace.Android / iPhone not older than 5 years.Must have a backup plan in case of a power outage or internet interruption.What We OfferCompetitive performance-based incentives.Per PIF Payouts: Earn a percentage of each contract paid in full.Bonuses for High Performance: Additional incentives for exceeding hiring targets.Tiered Bonus Structure:: The more contracts you close, the more earnings.Flexible remote work environment.Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.Ongoing training and professional development.A collaborative and supportive team culture.Ready to Join Our Team?
