Warehouse AssistantThe Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products. This role is essential to maintaining warehouse accuracy, organization, and workplace safety. Because our warehouse team depends on each person being present and prepared, consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to success in this role. Reliable attendance helps us maintain smooth operations, support our coworkers, meet customer needs, and continue building a great place to work.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipmentsPick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickupMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts, if certifiedKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsAssist with loading and unloading trucksFollow company policies, procedures, attendance expectations, and safety guidelines at all timesCommunicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisorsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPrior warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftBasic computer system skills preferredReliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendanceAble to work independently or as part of a teamAttendance & Team ExpectationsPhysical work in a warehouse environmentStanding, walking, bending, and lifting requiredExposure to varying temperatures depending on facilityBenefitsHourly: $19.60 per hourHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, available from day 1Paid holidaysRetirement plan optionsOpportunities for training and advancementWe actively seek a diverse pool of candidates from a variety of backgrounds, and multicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
