P-Physical Therapist

Job Description Job Title: Physical TherapistSalary Range:The salary range for this position is $41-50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Work Schedule:This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. There will also be a weekend rotation schedule.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans- Administer various physical therapy techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their therapy at home- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient careQualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care- Willingness to work weekends as needed
