This role is for someone who thinks several steps ahead, protects time, filters priorities, and operates with the highest level of discretion and precision.You are not just managing calendars and emails — you are managing priorities, decision flow, and the executive's mental bandwidth.ResponsibilitiesServe as the executive's strategic gatekeeper, managing complex calendars, inbox, meetings, and communications with absolute prioritizationAnticipate needs before they arise and resolve issues independentlyCoordinate complex scheduling across time zones, travel, and high-level stakeholdersPrepare meeting materials, briefs, follow-ups, and track execution of action itemsHandle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalismManage both professional and personal logistics seamlesslyLiaise with internal leaders, clients, board members, and external partnersCreate and maintain systems and processes to improve efficiency and organizationAct as a trusted right hand, ensuring the executive can operate at the highest levelProvide availability and support beyond standard business hours when required, in alignment with executive schedules and business prioritiesWho You AreHighly experienced Executive Personal Assistant with a proven track record supporting senior leaders or C-level executivesExceptionally organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive and anticipatory, thinking several steps ahead and solving problems before they escalateDiscreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling highly confidential informationStrong communicator with high emotional intelligence and professional presenceAble to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining absolute reliabilityCalm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities, and solutions-orientedTechnically proficient with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar systems, communication platforms, task management tools)Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and occasional late nights, as required to support executive schedulesTakes pride in creating structure, clarity, and efficiency for senior leadershipOperates with a service mindset while functioning as a true business partner, not just administrative supportQualifications4+ years of experience supporting C-level, Founder, or senior executivesExceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skillsExperience managing complex calendars, travel, and confidential informationStrong written and verbal communicationHigh level of professionalism, judgment, and discretionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentWhat We OfferAt EarthCam, we believe great work starts with feeling supported, valued, and inspired.
