Associate Product Manager (Onsite/Hybrid)
Job RequirementsPhenom People is seeking a highly motivated and curious Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. As a leader in HR technology, Phenom is transforming how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent at scale.As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the development and evolution of our product offerings by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, customer-focused, and excited to operate in a fast-paced SaaS environment.This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our headquarters in Ambler, PA.Please note: This role requires three (3) days per week in-office. Candidates must reside within fifty (50) miles of Ambler, PA. At this time, Phenom does not sponsor, transfer, or extend employment-based visas for this position, including H-1B, TN, or F-1 OPT.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market and customer research to identify user needs, workflows, and industry trendsEmbed with customers and internal partners (Sales, Solutions, Engineering) to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable product needsSupport product discovery by validating use cases, identifying root problems, and framing opportunities based on customer value and business impactCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and roadmap prioritiesPartner closely with engineering teams to support timely, high-quality product deliveryPrototype, configure, or validate solutions using existing product capabilities to demonstrate value prior to full productizationAct as a feedback bridge between customer deployments and core product teams, contributing to PRDs and prioritization discussionsTrack post-launch adoption and outcomes, identifying gaps and opportunities for iterationAssist with product marketing materials and sales enablement contentMonitor product performance and competitor offerings to inform continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field2+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or a related technical roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesExperience using Jira or similar product management toolsPassion for building customer-centric products and learning product craftWork Experience – What You’ve DonePost-secondary degree graduate aspiring to grow a career in product managementAcademic or professional background in Data Science, Product Management, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fieldHands-on experience working with technical teams or software productsSalaryExpected salary range: $70,000 – $90,000Please note: Salary ranges are subject to change in accordance with Phenom’s compensation policies.BenefitsWe want you to be your best self and pursue your passions.Comprehensive benefits to support holistic employee healthFlexible work hours and hybrid schedulesCareer pathing, mentorship, and development opportunitiesA growing organization with exciting challenges and learning opportunitiesPerks and extras across all Phenom locationsDiversity, Equity & InclusionDiversity is essential to building phenomenal teams, products, and customer experiences.
