Job Description Position Description: Position: ServerLocation: Rosalia Texa-TonkaReports to: Floor Manager / General ManagerHourly Rate: $11.13 + tipsKey Responsibilities:Arrive on time and in uniformBring required tools: wine keys, order notepads, and personal penSet up the dining room for service before doors openGreet all guests within two minutes of being seatedDeliver genuine, confident, and thoughtful service that reflects your personalityAccurately enter orders into the POS, course food appropriately, and communicate guest preferencesNote and verbally communicate any dietary restrictions or allergiesCheck in with each table during service to ensure satisfactionAsk for help or involve a manager when neededMake knowledgeable menu and pairing suggestionsExecute proper wine service and confidently describe menu itemsRun food for the entire restaurant, not just your sectionPresent the check, process payment, and thank guests sincerelyLead guests through the full dining experience with warmth and hospitalitySupport the host team with seating and end-of-night dutiesAssist in resetting tables and restocking service itemsParticipate in weekly cleaning duties and maintain a tidy work environmentEmbrace a team-first mentality: full hands in, full hands outStay calm, alert, and efficient under pressureTake ownership of your section while remaining open to collaborationSchedule Expectations:This is an hourly, tipped position. The Server is expected to work scheduled service shifts, with consistent evening and weekend availability required.
